In October 2009, Wayne and his company provided the catering for the AFL Masters National Carnival at Cazalys Stadium on behalf of AFL Cairns. The carnival, which attracted over 1200 competitors, along with support staff, volunteers, family and friends, was a huge success, with the catering for these competitors and associates personnel a key component.
